Contekst 2025: Where the Future of Work Meets the People Doing It

There’s a moment at every great event when you realize something real is happening. At Contekst 2025, that moment came early, not during a keynote or a product demo, but when guests started pulling Tekst t-shirts out of the goodie bags and wearing them. Unprompted. No push. Just resonance.

#EliminateTheBoringWork wasn’t just a tagline that day, it became a shared mission.

For the second edition of Contekst, we returned to the Valke Vleug winery, a setting that felt fittingly human for a conversation about AI. We welcomed over 60 guests: digital leaders, transformation heads, and customer operations teams from across Belgium. Our goal? Create a space to talk candidly about how AI is actually being used and where it’s falling short. No booths. No buzzwords. Just people who care about solving real problems.

Inbox-to-Anything: What AI Looks Like on the Frontline

Across three enterprise use cases, one theme kept coming back: the real work starts in the inbox. And that’s where automation needs to begin, too.

🧠 From Intelligence Swarming to Sentiment: Nokia’s Vision for Smarter Support

Nokia shared how they’re exploring intelligent swarming — using AI to route complex customer issues to the right experts, faster. By combining sentiment analysis with Tekst’s LLM-powered triage, they aim to bring nuance and emotional intelligence to large-scale service.

🌍 BD’s Go-to-Market Playbook: From France to Full EMEA Rollout

Becton Dickinson walked us through their Tekst journey: Starting with a single inbox in France, they used process insights to untangle internal complexity and boost service performance. Now? That MVP has become a playbook for every EMEA market, scaling inbox automation across regions without reinventing the wheel.

🧀 Milcobel’s Leap from Private to Shared Inboxes

Milcobel opened up about a challenge many B2B companies face: Moving from siloed, personal inboxes to a shared view of customer communication. With Tekst, they not only made that shift, they also unlocked process transparency, enabling better coordination, SLA tracking, and fewer dropped balls.

From Buzzwords to Real Conversations

Beyond the stage, some of the best insights happened over wine (and in-between presentations):

  • How do you actually mine processes hidden in Outlook threads?
  • How do you separate signal from noise in Salesforce cases?
  • What does it take to move from manual workflows to intelligent automation — without triggering change fatigue?

By bringing customers, leads, and the full Tekst team together, we didn’t just talk about transformation. We started building trust in it.

So What’s Next?

Contekst 2025 confirmed what we’ve believed from day one: The process is the inbox. And automating the boring work isn’t about cost-cutting — it’s about making space for the real work to shine. We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who joined, not just for showing up, but for showing us what this community can become.
