Misuse of AI Core

Tekst.ai’s AI core is designed to automate manual responses and tasks. Misuse of the AI core can lead to false positives, inappropriate responses, or other issues that can negatively impact our users. Therefore, you may not use the AI core to:

  • Engage in any activity that violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone.
  • Discriminate against anyone based on race, gender, religion, or any other characteristic.
  • Spread hate speech or promote violence.
  • Engage in any activity that violates our terms of service or acceptable use policy.

User Content

Any content that you upload or transmit on Tekst.ai is your responsibility. You agree that you will not upload or transmit any content that is illegal, offensive, or otherwise objectionable. Tekst.ai reserves the right to remove any content that violates this policy or that we believe is harmful to the service or its users.

Intellectual Property

Tekst.ai respects the intellectual property rights of others, and we ask that you do the same. You agree not to use any content of Tekst.ai in a way that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

Enforcement

Your Services may be suspended or terminated with or without notice upon any violation of this policy. Any violations may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account.

We reserve the right to investigate any violation or misuse of our Services.

Reporting

If you become aware of any violation of this policy, you will immediately notify us and provide us with assistance, as requested, to stop or remedy the violation.
