What you'll be doing
- Mentor at any level: provide constructive feedback, conduct code reviews, and offer technical guidance to more junior engineers and your peers
- Help with System Design: participate in designing and implementing systems and in optimizing current ones for performance and/or cost control
- Bring your best practices to the table: championing software development standards, testing methodologies, and efficient development processes
- Strategic Vision: participate in defining project roadmaps, contributing to risk assessment, execution, and ensuring quality and on-time delivery
- Collaboration: working closely with cross-functional product teams to understand and translate requirements into solutions
Required skills
- 5 years of practical experience in a software engineering role, preferably at different company stages
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS/JS, Python and SQL
- Experience in Cloud (AWS)
- Deep experience in Nodejs & Typescript
- Deep knowledge of HTTP-based API consumption
- Deep system design experience with a focus on scalability and performance
- Proficiency in software development methodologies
- Excellent mentorship and communication skills.
