We provide a secure and isolated environment for all our customers, ensuring the highest level of data security by encrypting all data in transit (using SSL/HTTPS) and at rest (using AES encryption). Our cloud usage is limited to streaming purposes, not persisting any personally identifiable information (PII). For specific needs, PII is stored in secure, isolated "cold" storage. We offer customizable data retention policies to comply with GDPR and align with individual company policies.
