Tekst is looking for an ML Engineer. Our mission is to shape the industry standard of processing and classifying human communication using AI technologies, providing a unique user experience in navigating conversational data at scale. You will join a team of ML Engineers, shipping work in the frontiers of NLP.

Technical challenges
- Orchestrate the deployment and self-training of thousands of models finetuned on customer data
- Define benchmarks and create an MLOps flow that analyses models and ensures model quality
- Review code and work in a high-quality product focused team
- Apply the capabilities of modern NLP while remaining scalable and ensuring data quality
Required skills
- 2 years of real-life ML experience
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience in applying machine learning models to solve real-world problems
- Proficient written and verbal English skills
- A learning mentality and willingness to take on technical challenges
Preferred skills
- Experience in cloud native technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Experience in model optimisation (quantisation, sparsity, …)
- Experience in MLOps
