Junior Solution Engineer

Tekst is on the lookout for a rockstar Junior Solutions Engineer. At Tekst, our mission is to make AI work for the enterprise. As a Solution Engineer, you will have direct impact on how our product creates everyday magic for our customers. This role will net you a unique position in a successful enterprise-focused startup. Who you are?

  • 1-2 years of experience in solution engineering, technical consulting or a related role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A customer-centric mindset with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Basic understanding of SaaS platforms and technical problem-solving skills.
  • A desire to learn and grow, with a willingness to tackle new challenges.

What will you be doing?

  • Serve as a technical point of contact for customers during product onboarding and implementation.
  • Customize and deliver product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
  • Assist customers in configuring and optimizing the Tekst platform for their use cases.
  • Contribute to creating and maintaining technical documentation, training materials, and customer resources.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless communication and support for our customers.
  • Relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering to inform ongoing development.
